Nexus-Princess Ky’veza is a complex, multi-phase encounter involving heavy shadow damage, targeted assassination mechanics, and summoned phantoms. Proper positioning, ability control, and dealing with phantoms are crucial to surviving the fight.

• Assassination: Marks several players for assassination, dealing heavy damage and summoning Nether Phantoms.

Stage One: The Phantom Blade

• Assassination marks several players. After 8 seconds, Ky’veza shadowsteps to each target, inflicting heavy shadow damage. Spread out to minimize damage and avoid stacking.
• Nether Phantoms spawn after Assassination. These phantoms mirror Ky’veza’s abilities like Nether Rift, which pulls players in and deals damage over time. DPS must focus on these adds.
• Void Shredders is a tank-focused ability dealing heavy physical and shadow damage. Use cooldowns and avoid taking unnecessary hits.

Stage Two: Starless Night

• When Ky’veza reaches 100 energy, she enters Starless Night. This deals constant shadow damage across the raid for 24 seconds. Healers need to focus on raid healing while DPS minimizes movement.
• Regicide sends Nether Phantoms at players. Avoid their path to minimize damage.
